Rent Our Charming Southern Building For Your Next Event
Our building’s perfect location, along with ample parking, make this the location of choice for weddings, showers, birthday parties, reunions, retreats, conferences or a special event. A 25’x 38’ patio offers a beautiful outdoor setting when weather permits, or take advantage of the tie down areas for a tent. Located just three (3) blocks from the beach, the clubhouse is nestled among huge live oaks and colorful azaleas.
The commercial kitchen offers plenty of counter space for preparation, commercial refrigerator and freezer, two separate sink areas, cooking surfaces, ovens and lots of other counter space.
Rental also includes the use of round tables and padded chairs, a beautiful foyer and elevated stage.

Friday or Saturday or Sunday ~ 1 day rate 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight ~ $900
2 night weekend rental as follows:
Friday 7 a.m. until 12:00midnight, Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Sunday ~ $2000
2 day weekend Friday 7:00 a.m. to Saturday midnight ~ $1800
